Tonic, a revolutionary digital healthcare service by Telenor Health, aimed to make high-quality health information and services accessible to all in Bangladesh.
Upon starting their operations in Bangladesh, Telenor Health appointed Notionhive (formerly Boomerang Digital) as their UX design agency. The scope of our work included designing user experiences for several web and app products that served both external and internal customers.
My team and I worked with multiple product teams at Telenor Health, including top management, and ensured seamless collaboration and adaptability in Tonic's fast-paced startup environment.
As Lead UX Designer and Project Manager for this long-term project, I oversaw client servicing, stakeholder management, and project management. Additionally, I designed the consumer-facing mobile app, Tonic, from concept to execution.
The Tonic App, available on both Android and iOS, served as Telenor Health's flagship digital product. Upon its launch, it stood out as the region's most comprehensive platform, providing unparalleled access to a wide array of digital health services.
The Tonic App provided users with access to core services of the platform through free as well as paid membership plans
Some of the very early wireframes I tested with users in the form of paper prototypes to evaluate Tonic’s health content architecture. The Tonic platform started off as a health and wellness blog, eventually evolving into the most comprehensive digital health platform in the country.

I developed a robust and cohesive design system for Tonic, which fostered consistency and efficiency in my design process, ensuring a unified brand identity and seamless user experience
